Kate returns to her favourite seaside village on the southern coast of Ireland to forget her past… but an island trip reveals there is more to boat rides than spotting porpoises. Meet The Author

Liza Hingerty is a piano teacher at Waltons New School of Music. She sings Jazz, Blues, and Soul at Dublin venues. She lives in Sandycove, County Dublin, but has spent a lot of time in Italy, around which she has written four novels, mostly with Sorento and the Neapolitan islands as the backdrop.

Other of Liza's books include The Promise, set in Greece, and four crime novels featuring likeable detective Jim Harrison, who investigates mysteries in Italy, London, Syria, France, Cyprus, Howth and Wicklow.
